Praxis
I am committed to ongoing study and lived practice, from both scientific and sensorial discovery. I hold this work with deep gratitude for the teachers, lineages, and traditions that shape our learnings. Honoring what has been received while continue to listen, refine, and evolve. Weaving the experiences and knowledges I carry to meet the innate wisdoms and healing potentials held within the body to generate somatic healing and resonance —
this is Embodied Belonging.
